Things in the world feel heavy, destabilised, distressing. When people's fundamental human rights of safety, identity, and humanity are compromised or up for debate, that hurts.

They may move in and out of their grief, show it through behaviour, play, bodies, or quiet moments. This isn’t something to fix, but something to understand a
